ITF Independent Tribunal

Anthony Lo Surdo SC has recently been appointed to Chair an International Tennis Federation (ITF) Independent Tribunal to determine a dispute between the ITF and a member federation.

This appointment is yet further recognition of Anthony’s expertise in international arbitration and, in particular, in the area of international sports disputes.
