Football Australia Dispute Resolution Chamber

In December 2022, Anthony Lo Surdo SC was appointed as a Deputy Chair of the Football Australia National Dispute Resolution Chamber (NDRC). The NDRC is an independent body constituted to determine by way of arbitration disputes under the NDRC Regulations involving participants in football. The appointment was made by Football Australia after Anthony’s nomination was endorsed by the Australian Professional Leagues and the Professional Footballers Association.
